This application is for NEW merchants to the Great Dickens Christmas Fair. Please print on white 8-1/2 x 11 paper on a color printer (if possible). Then follow the instructions and return your application postmarked by May 1, 2010.

This year we are offering two versions of the New Merchant Application -- use the first link if you prefer to fill out your information entirely by hand. If you prefer to type your information into the PDF, then print it out before signing it, use the version with fill-out fields.
